Full Job Description

​

This is an excellent opportunity to join our quickly growing company. The role of a Window Cleaner at EJ Solutions LLC will be to carry out cleaning duties according to the customers specification.

EJ Solutions Window Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:
 

  • Removing dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces using a non-abrasive glass cleaning solution, water, and rubber squeegee blades.

  • Determining whether window glass is clear, reflective, or tinted, and adapting window cleaning techniques accordingly.

  • Using a scrim or microfiber cloth to dry around the edges of the glass.

  • Using toweling cloths to remove excess water and moisture from window sills.

  • Ensuring that all window cleaning and equipment are in good working order.

  • General logistics & ensuring that the company vehicle is adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies at all times.

  • Carrying out quality checks before leaving a client, this involves appropriately cleaning up after each job to ensure that there is no residue or dirt left behind.

    *Above average rates of pay, local work at variable locations
    *Candidate must be flexible to work across Garden City MI region MONDAY to FRIDAY 8:00AM - 5:00PM and weekends on occasions

  • To report any issues or concerns to the team leader

  • Excellent timekeeping

  • Previous water fed window cleaning experience preferred but not essential.

  • Squeegee window cleaning experience is preferred but not essential

  • Must be reliable, willing and honest

  • Must have full, clean driving license 

  • Must adhere to social distancing, mask wearing and government guidance (where applicable) 

  • Able to show incentive and work independently

EJ Solutions Window Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:
 

  • Setting up and operating of pressure washing equipment.

  • Check and make sure the company vehicle, pressure washer machinery, hoses, chemicals, and tools are stocked and in working order.

  • Visiting clients and understanding their pressure washer needs

  • Cleaning and spot checking areas then using the correct chemical, tools and techniques to clean the area.

  • Pressure washing decks, driveways, patios, sidings, houses, gutters and more.

  • Using toweling cloths to remove excess water and moisture from window sills.

  • Ensuring that all pressure washing and equipment are in good working order.

  • General logistics & ensuring that the company vehicle is adequately stocked with cleaning supplies at all times.

  • Carrying out quality checks before leaving a client, this involves appropriately cleaning up after each job to ensure that there is no residue, dirt or damage left behind.
